Objective: to study the effects of GHK peptide and its structure analogues on mechanisms innate immunity lipid peroxidation in wound. Materials methods. The experiments were performed 70 male Wistar rats. skin wound was modeled by applying a full-layer with an area 250 mm2 animal's back. peptides Gly-His-Lys (GHK), D-Ala-Gly-His-Lys (D-Ala-GHK), Gly-His-Lys-D-Ala (GHK-D-Ala) used doses 0.5 μg/kg 1.5 μg/kg, which it administered intradermally volume 0.1 ml for 3, 7 or 10 days. activity (LPO) processes blood serum assessed content malonic dialdehyde (MDA) acylhydroperoxides (AHP). antioxidant evaluated determining catalase total (OAA) serum. Phagocytic neutrophils phagocytic index (PI) number (PN). oxygen-dependent phagocytes spontaneous nitroblue tetrazolium test (NBT). Results. After administration GHK, tendency PI, PN completeness phagocytosis prevailed, mainly persisted use D-Ala-GHK GHK-D-Ala.
